Parole Revocation Fees and Service
The following is my current fees and steps for parole revocation services. The total fee is a fixed fee of $2,400. There is a non-refundable $1000 initial fee. This fee will cover my interview with the client. The remaining balance in the case is $1,400. The $1,400 is due after the interview with the client and must be paid before any Resolution or Revocation Hearing in the client’s case. The following is a breakdown of the service provided to my parole clients:
STEPS IN PAROLE REPRESENTATION • Review of Client’s Case, Prior Criminal History, and Current Allegations Regarding Revocation of Parole;• Conduct a Face to Face Interview Between Paul A. Hampel and the Client; • Develop Arguments in Favor of Reinstatement or Mitigation of Clients Current Parole; • Counsel Client on All Proceedings and Options Concerning the Revocation Process;• Address Each Allegation in Defense of the Client;• Examine Witnesses to any Hearing in the Parole Revocation Processes;• Direct Any Testimonial and Documentary Supporting Evidence in Support of the Client to Any Hearing in the Parole Revocation Processes;• Object, Make Motions and Raise Concerns Regarding Procedures or Evidence in Support of the Client to Any Hearing in the Parole Revocation Processes;• Cross-Examine Witnesses Where Appropriate to the Client’s Position in Any Hearing in the Parole Revocation Processes.• Counsel the Client on Results and Monitor Any Reinstatement or Mitigation of Parole.
I hope these steps help you understand my services and what things are important for us to accomplish. Please feel free to ask me questions as they arise. All steps are subject to the individual proceedings in a Client’s case. Some steps will not occur if there is no hearing. Each case is unique so the services will be performed to the attorney’s best abilities and the Clients best interests in their particular situation. The fixed fee creates a predictable price and represents the average compensation and attorney hours needed for parole revocation services.
